I have transcribed a large number of Civil War letters written by my great grand-uncle who fought for the Union with the 14th Connecticut Volunteer Infantry. I have been looking for publishers who might be interested in them and my entire manuscript. Thank you so much for listing some of these publishers. There were several which did not go to their direct site, and The Camp Pope Bookshop site apparently is no longer, or has changed names.

Have you tried Pelican Press, Gretena, LA.? It loves to print works on the LOST CAUSE. I believe it has a submission form on line. Royalties are low, but it does a great job in marketing and arranging speaking tours. Their printing and book covers are 1st class. Your book on a Confederate state is what they seek.

    Hi Brett,
I have completed the manuscript The 109th New York Volunteer Infantry Remembered. I hold the copyright on this unpublished book. I am interested in selling my rights to this manuscript . I did have 100 copies made and have given most of them to various museums and local historian museums. My phone number is 607-657-8379. If you remember I am the author of Dear Friend Amelia and the reprinting of Aunt Becky’s Army Life.
