Lee Takes Command : From Seven Days to Second Bull Run

I bought this one in December 2002, but I've read my Uncle's copy many times. This book, in tandem with "Forward To Richmond", got me started in my extreme interest in the Seven Days, and led me to collect all of the books above. The Time-Life Civil War Collection is a nice set to have, and this book is as well-written as any of them. The book includes the excellent maps known throughout the series. As usual my only complaint is that the units are only represented down to the brigade level, instead of regimental level. 176 pages, many illustrations and maps
